Beach Time!!

Josh and I absolutely LOVE the beach! In my lil dreamy world I would love to move to Destin, live in a lil "hut" somewhere, work in a restaurant, have Josh be a first mate on a boat and go to the beach every spare second.  BUT then I wake up from dreamy time.  Anywho, we always make it down there at least 2-3 times a summer.  This time we went with a group of people.... a special group of people.  We went with the Blackledges and the Roses.  Josh and I were the only ones without kids.  However, that worked out perfectly for teh parents b/c me and Josh always had one or two entertained.  We had the best time and I cannot wait to go back again!.  The weather was perfect and the water was beautiful, as always.  We rented a pontoon boat for half a day one day and took it out to crab island.  The kids definitely surprised me with how well they did on the boat and on the island.  They were def troopers!

Wow! Long Time No Post!

It has obviously been a while since I have posting anything.  We have definitely been busy. This year was the first year that Josh & I have not been home for Easter.  That Saturday was Addi Kate's 1st Birthday Party.  I cannot believe the child is already 1!  We had a wedding to go to in New Orleans that night as well so we just decided to stay down there and spend the night. We don't have any kids to get up and dressed in the Easter Frock for the day, dye eggs or hunt them. We had a blast at the wedding and had a good day that Sunday. We ate at our new favorite place for breakfast.  "The Rivers Edge"! They have the BEST omlets!!
